Instructions for Use
This product is a precision-machined dip pen crafted from solid brass.
To ensure long-lasting performance and a comfortable writing experience, please read the following instructions carefully before use.
■ Before First Use
Due to the manufacturing process, a small amount of machining oil may remain on the nib, which can affect ink adhesion.
If this occurs, gently wipe the nib with the included alcohol-based wet tissue before use.
■ How to Apply Ink
Applying too much ink to the nib may cause blotting or smudging.
Lightly dip the nib into the ink and remove any excess before writing.
■ Cleaning After Use
After use, gently wipe the nib with a soft cloth or tissue and allow it to dry.
If using pigment-based ink, we recommend lightly rinsing the nib with lukewarm water before drying.
■ Do Not Soak in Ink
Leaving the nib immersed in ink for extended periods may cause discoloration or corrosion, depending on the ink composition.
Always clean the nib after use.
■ About Brass Aging
This product is made from brass, which naturally develops a patina over time through use and exposure.
This is a characteristic of the material and enhances its unique appearance.
To maintain its original shine, use a commercially available metal polish.
■ Handling
Dropping or subjecting the pen to strong impact may deform the precision-machined nib.
Please handle with care.
■ Storage
After use, clean and dry the nib thoroughly before storing.
Keep out of reach of children.
ご使用上の注意
本製品は、真鍮素材を精密切削加工により製作したディップペンです。
長く快適にご使用いただくため、以下の点をご確認のうえご使用ください。
■ 初回使用時について
製造工程上、ペン先に微量の加工油が残っている場合があり、インクが付きにくいことがあります。
その場合は、付属のアルコール配合ウェットティッシュでペン先を軽く拭き取ってからご使用ください。
■ インクの付け方
ペン先にインクを付けすぎると、インクだまりやにじみの原因となります。
ペン先を軽くインクに浸し、余分なインクを落としてからご使用ください。
■ ご使用後のお手入れ
使用後は、柔らかい布やティッシュ等でペン先のインクを軽く拭き取り、乾燥させてください。
顔料インクなどをご使用の場合は、ぬるま湯で軽く洗浄してから乾燥させることをおすすめします。
■ インクへの浸け置きについて
ペン先を長時間インクに浸けたままにすると、インクの成分により変色や腐食の原因となる場合があります。
ご使用後は必ずインクを拭き取ってください。
■ 真鍮の経年変化について
本製品は真鍮素材を使用しているため、使用や時間の経過により色味が変化し、自然な風合い（パティーナ）が生まれます。
これは素材の特性であり、使い込むほどに味わいが増していきます。
輝きを保ちたい場合は、市販の金属磨きなどでお手入れしてください。
■ 取り扱いについて
落下や強い衝撃を与えると、精密加工されたペン先が変形する恐れがあります。
お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
■ 保管について
ご使用後はインクを拭き取り、乾燥させてから保管してください。
また、お子様の手の届かない場所で保管してください。
